Damien Hirst's bespoke pill cufflinks derive from his Pharmacy body of work as solid silver tablets and capsules - items that have come to appear frequently as part of the artist's popular visual identity and interest in modern society's reliance on medicinal science. They are engraved and etched with the Hirst/Hirst logo and are hallmarked. The cufflinks are presented in a glossy black wooden box which is stamped with the Hirst logo inside.

Pharmacy is a room-sized installation that recreates a real pharmacy with tall cabinets of prescription packages and medication bottles. On the counter at one end of the room are four apothecary bottles, which represent the four elements: earth, air, fire and water.
